I find it easy to eat the HxA as thats my milk for the day and HxB has been 2 weetabix. Am finding it quite easy.

You should really try to. What about things like Babybels? I usually have them in the fridge to grab if I'm needing a little snack and you can just have them on their own. I have the opposite problem, I'd eat cheese all day if I could!!

Hi I'm new to SW and this group! I think that EE is going to be best for me although I'm happy to switch to green/red. I'm going to try and deal with both of the healthy extras at breakfast so I don't have to worry about them during the day. So I'm having 2 weetabix (B option) with most of the 250ml semi-skimmed milk from the A option, plus a banana sliced on top so I've had some super-free. Hope this helps

Hi I'm new to this group but not new to SW. I've gone back on the regime after putting 6lbs on over the December period (not just xmas but also the lead up to it). I swtiched to skimmed milk when I started SW over 18 months ago as it gives me more volume so I can add it not only to tea/coffee but also if I'm using it in cooking or making scrambled eggs. There have been a few extra things in the rules since I last did SW. I notice now that you can have mugshots - can anyone tell me whether you have to count it as one of your healthy extras i.e. the one where soup is listed or is it just a free food? I only do extra easy.

Mugshots are not a healthy extra hun, they are either syn free or synned depending on the flavour you have and also where you buy it as the ones from the bargain shops are a different recipe. The best advice is to check online for the particular one you want to use :)

You need to ahve the healthy extras so that you're getting a balanced diet. Calcium is a necessity to our bodies. If you want to combine a HEX A + B, i find a scraping of philly on some wholewheat crackers a nice snack. Or have some thinly sliced cheese weighted out and ready in the fridge to eat with cold cuts or ham as a snack, or with an apple.

Good luck!
