Hello

Today is the day I decidd to take control. I have been gaining weight consistently and made some very half hearted attempts to lose but no success. So extreme measures for a 4 week period, I bought 4 weeks of exante shakes and will do my best to stay on track. Good luck to everyone on thier weight loss journey, its not easy, well certainlhy not for me as I am so lacking in will power. Full of good intenitons but ....
