Hi as title says really I've been on extra easy since starting slimming world in November and I thought I'd try a red day or couple this week to mix things up a bit only I'm not 100% sure I have it right... Anyway this what I ate today..
Breakfast strawberries with vanilla muller light.
Lunch pitta with ham and salad
Dinner spagetti bolognaise.
Healthy extra a - 175ml whole milk
Healthy extra b - 35g pasta & the pitta
Syns - galaxy 12.5.
