New to slim and save

Hi. Im on day 3 off slim and save. Im having 3 shakes a day. Im not having a meal. Is this ok to follow? Trying my best with the water. Im having 2 litres a day . ? Please can you advise me. Thankyou.
 
Hey, I've just started slim & save as well. From reading the programme, you're meant to have 4 packs a day (this can be all shakes if you want). If you just have three shakes, then you should be having a small low carb meal in the evening.

Re: water, this depends on your weight and height. If you put your statistics into the website it should tell you the minimum amount of water you should be drinking.

I’ve done sns many times no 3 packs isn’t enough
Simplicity is 4 packs
Lifestyle is 3 packs plus an allowed meal x
 
It's ok. Give the program a go but to really have an effective fat loss plan that a lot easier to follow and probably less expensive, eat wholesome fruits, veggies and meats with complex carbs. I just want to see you succeed and we all know you can do it
