Hi Kerry,
I don't know much about PCOS - does it affect your diet?
I am posting, however, because I had really chronic PMDD (Premenstrual dypshoric disorder) which affected my weight (among many other symptoms). SW was the ONLY diet I could manage with this illness (symptoms included low blood sugar levels, constant hunger, constant sugar cravings, for example). I lost 11 stone in 7 years by filling myself up with free foods.
I had to find what my own triggers and barriers were and, because SW is so flexible, I could do that on this diet.
Good luck
