Extra Easy New to SW DIY

Hi guys

I have been using this site and reading posts with interest and found it ever so helpful.

I was wondering if some experienced folk could look at what I've eaten today and let me know if I'm doing it correctly☺️

Breakfast - boiled egg, two slices of Brennan's be good wholemeal (heB) and some watermelon

Snack - nectarine and Turkish delight miller light

Lunch - quarter packet made up mild curry batchelors rice with an omelette consisting of fry light sprays, eggs ham onion tomato and mushroom and 20g cheddar (heA) more watermelon

Snack sunbites sweet chilli (6syns)

Dinner - SW bolognese followed by a banana and a curly wurly (6)

So I'm calculating I've used 12 syns today and don't intend on eating another thing. Does this days meals seem ideal?

Any tips appreciated and errors please point them out!!

Hi :) It all looks good so far to me. I'm impressed you managed to use 20g cheese - I look at 40g and wonder where the rest of it is lol.
