Hi I started yesterday and doing it from home previously done Exante but due to health reasons had to come off
Breakfast I had raspberries banana and muller Greek lemon
Lunch I had bacon beans egg mushrooms and 2 free quorn sausages
Snack muller Turkish delight
And for dinner I had diet coke chicken and rice and carrots
And small pkt of caramel snak a jacks which I believe to be 5 syns
Haven't had my a or b extras as I'm struggling with this lot, does this all sound ok finding it a struggle to eat soooo much
