Extra Easy New to sw is this ok ?

Hi I started yesterday and doing it from home previously done Exante but due to health reasons had to come off :(
Breakfast I had raspberries banana and muller Greek lemon

Lunch I had bacon beans egg mushrooms and 2 free quorn sausages

Snack muller Turkish delight
And for dinner I had diet coke chicken and rice and carrots
And small pkt of caramel snak a jacks which I believe to be 5 syns
Haven't had my a or b extras as I'm struggling with this lot, does this all sound ok finding it a struggle to eat soooo much

The one thing about SW is that you can have lots of food & still loose weight. You need to have 1/3 of your plate of super free food with your meals, you were ok with the mushrooms,carrots. Have more fruit & veg to give you the correct balance!
I usually have my milk as a Hea & bread as my Heb. Allow yourself between 5 ----15 syns per day if possible.
