Hi all,
I started slimming world Wednesday knowing full well that this month would be difficult due to it being Xmas. However, I’m not getting any skinnier doing nothing.
That being said I had my work Xmas meal last night and decided that I would have a treat but gave up starters and pudding and stuck to just a main. So I ordered 8oz burger in a bun and chunky chips. I can for the life of me work out the syns. I was a proper burger not a take away burger?! Please help x
