New to this EE plan - my diary. Needing some advice

new here, looking for some advice on how i am eating (if i need to add anything in, or cut anything out)

today:
Breakfast - Banana
Lunch - pizza made of warburtons squareish (8syns), passata, half smoked sausage (3 1/2 syns) and 28g leister cheese (HEA)
Dinner - wasn't hungry
Snacks - 2 bananas
= pizza base - 8 syns, smoked sausage -3.5 syns
= 11.5 syns

tomorrows plan:

Breakfast - scrambled egg (made with milk HEA) and beans and banana
Lunch - Home made tomato soup made of celery, onions, chopped tomatoes, passata, carrots and natural yogurt.
Dinner - pizza warburtons squareish wrap (8syns), passata, onions, 28g red leister cheese (HEA), half smoked sausage (3 1/2 syns)
Snacks - 2 alpen light bars (HEB), brocolli and tangerines
=pizza base wrap - 8 syns, smoked sausage - 3 1/2
= 11.5 syns

What plan are you on, Ill assume EE?

1) You've used 2 HEXA's on the secind day, one for your coffee and another for your cheese. If youre doing EE you get 1 HEXA and 1 HEXB, so youd need to syn one of your HEXAs on this day.

2) You're not eating enough superfree with your meals really. Your pizza meals should have 1/3 superfree with them. Your soup sound great but I dont think a bit of passata/onion on a pizza is enough so why not serve it with a big salad and/or some superfree chips/wedges (make them out of celeriac, swede, BNS or whatever).

I assume the yoghurt was fat free?

I just dont think youre eating enough at all really, that really, really wouldnt fill me up! :eek:
