I call myself Countess Dracula as in this weather and being so fat, I stay indoors most of the time. I am starting the Slimming world diet tomorrow and need advice as to what yogurt is the same as mullerlight? I shop in Mercadonna and Lidl

Hi ya welcome to the forum

I only buy muller lights as i once bought some yogurts that i thought were similar in Aldi and found out they were quite high synned!! Asda and Tesco usually have a deal on for them, so not too bad! Farmfoods do the muller greek yogurts 2 packs for £2 and they are 1/2 a syn each (so worth it, they're lovely and thick!)

Are you joining a group or doing it at home? If you're joining a group you can ask the consultant about free yogurts, or you can search this site i'm sure there will be some info somewhere!!

Ive just restarted today but I bought Activia 0% yogurts as they were on offer. I do hope they r still 'free' on green plan! I find Mullerlights too big & too expensive.
