hi I am trying to loose weight on a vlcd. it is available in Irish pharmacies. it is originally Danish. Its called nupo. it is shakes soups and bars.
my starting weight is 12 stone 7lbs. I am 5ft 5inches.
My goal weight is 10 stone so quite a ways to go.
I a.m hoping to get support here.

Oh I only just heard of that Nupo this week,another Irish girl is doing it as a kickstart to SW,her name is BigBird & you'll find her diary in the SW section.

Thanks. There is a chicken roasting in the oven and for the first time i feel tempted.
Sneaky weigh in this morning 12stone 1/2 pound. Week ends wednesday morning so hope 8 I am in the 11s then.

What's the stuff taste like?Are you finding it hard?
 
The shakes are ok. Kind of powdery though.
The bars are gorgeous but are chovolate flavours and trying to kill the chocolate habit.
Finding it really easy at the moment.
But not managing to have all six shakes which i think is not good.
Still have beginners determination. But that is me. I always start off good. Itd follow through i need now.

I can never stick to shake based diets,I'm in awe of anyone that can.They have soups,have you tried them?
 
I am gulping back the shakes just to get them down.
Will try some different stuff this week i think.
 
I am going to re stock tomorrow. Will try some different products then.
Trying to do two weeks straight before i add any food in.
Would love to be a stone down before i have to make food choices again.

Weighed in at pharmacy today. Was 12stone 1. Dressed with shoes. (That bit is very important) so 6lbs down in six days.
Got the chocolate shakes.
Going to do this week and then add in some food.
Cheated this eve and had 100g cooked chicken and a slice of lean ham.
Aghhh.

Hope you wore your lightest clothes :) 6lbs is a great loss. Bit of protein won't hurt you,at least you didn't eat rubbish,so that's good going,keep it up,even if it's for two weeks I'm sure you'll be delighted with the results.
 
Going good. I have been away last two weeks so not 100% only small losses since. Down another four pounds.
On full time this week so will hopefully have a decent loss.

Good stuff,well a loss is a loss, 4lbs is a great loss. Hope you have a good week.
