ProPoints New To WW propoints

Hi all,

I'm new to ww and to this minimins, I'm actually not sure how to work this site yet.

I am currently 12st 3lbs and would like to loose 2-3 stone before my Wedding in November this year.

Is it do-able? I really hope so.

Can wait to hear all the advice you may have

Day 1

B - toast and cold meat and milk 6pp
L - Salad (lettuce, carrot, cucumber, peppers) tuna and. sweetcorn, Warburton's sandwich pita 8pp
D - Chicken, cooked in herbs and spices, with onions and chopped tomatoes and rice 9pp

Snacks - bloomin kettle crisps 15pp

Daily used - 28pp
Weekly used - 14pp
Exercise done - 2pp
 
Day 2

B - toast and cold meat, milk 6pp
L - left over chicken from yesterday 5pp
D- chips from chip shop & scampi 28pp

Snacks - none today

Daily used - 26
Weekly used - 13
Exercise done - 2

Weekly left 17 doh
