Hi I'm 21 and just started ww. I get 29 points a day. Have 2 main meals a day and have quite a few points left: Is it bad that I use them up with weight watchers crisps and chocolate?? Seems off eating these when on a diet. Do I need to use all my
Points? Thanks x

You will find you lose better when you have all your points, I know I do :) It's difficult to comprehend at first but trust the diet!

Your points are there to be used how you wish to use them :D As long as your meals are balanced & you're getting your fruit & veggies and calcium intake, whatever works for you!
