Hi
Today is my first real day.. I have faded a couple of shakes and soups
Tried the pizza and I'm all prepped and ready.
I have 5 weeks to loose as much as I can as I due to have TT surgery, I have been loosing with WW but decided to up my game for the last month.
I have been reading through several post and people's journeys and you are doing amazing !
So far what I know, I'm doing the TS plan so 3 x shakes, soups or bars per day
2/3 litres of water per day
Black coffee which I do like to have in the morning
I will be including 20/30 mins exercise maybe 4/5 times per week too (which is normal for me anyway)
I would like to loose 1-2 stone which I don't know if is possible but any loss moving forward is a bonus so fingers crossed
The o ly bits I'm stuck with is ...
How do I k ow when I'm in ketosis and how do I stay there
Someone has said I can have a square of dark chocolate - if I just need that something
I would appreciate anyone's help, hints, tips feedback
