new too!

just thought I'd say hello:) I've spent over 18 months putting this weight on and its time to take it back off! going to see consultant tomorrow:eek:1st time ive been in the obese category of BMI and I deserve it, ate and drank rubbish for far too long!I'm sure I'll need help and I'm hopig you guys on here keep me going. Thank u in advance!
 
not sure if anyone will see and answer this on time, but I'm seeing councillor at 10am, so what shall I have at breakfast? just a black coffee or 2? can I put sweetener in it? and can or cant you have diet coke? I've seen conflicting advise. Are the water flavours worth it/any good/nice?!any 1st day advice welcome:)
