Hi I have done slimming world a few years ago and lost all my weight, but like most people, after a while some of it went back on, so last year I did weight watchers, I am glad to say I lost most of it , but I couldn't loose the last few pounds. I decided to count my calories and hit the gym, which has worked. But now I'm finding it hard to keep at my target weight. I seem to yoyo.
 
Welcome to the forum Juliea, I feel that both the diets/healthy eating regimes you have tried are the way to go although SW is more something you could follow without the restriction of point counting I have now decided that I am going to always eat SW even when I'm at "Target" because to maintain you have to keep on living it, maybe not 100% but living it none the less. Good luck and keep going ;)
 
Hi the caretaker, thank you, I'm trying too lose a few more pounds because of my holiday in August. We are going on a cruise and its food all the time. I did we'll last year and put on 8lbs in 11days, they say you put a pound on a day, and this year we are going for 14 days. Diets are hard and it helps when we have support. Good luck to you to. :)
