Hi peeps


My first day and still excited i made this decision. I started on lipotrim but decided to switch. I didn't like the rude attitude of the pharmacist.

I'm hoping to lose 2 st in hopefully 8-10 weeks. I hope I'm being realistic.

Day one is all about being optimistic and loving life

Hiya. I started first day on Exante today too. Hoping it goes well for us both! Other people seem to be doing well too so I'm really excited. I tried lipotrip too and it wasn't for me. Fingers crossed hope you get a good loss in your upcoming weeks. Gl x

Day Two , but having done CD for a quick fix ( 4 weeks ) last year I knew what to expect , we'll apart from some trepidation that the cheaper cost price of Exante might mean its taste was harder to stomach .
But it turns out that isn't going going to be a problem after the few sachets I've had so far !

Day two and nicely into ketosis ,according to my tester strips bought from Amazon .

A start weight of 15 st 9lbs , so fingers crossed for some positive results over the coming weeks / months !

As you both posted a week ago , can we have some feedback on your loss ( or not ) for your first week please ?
