Hi all, I finally plucked up the nerve to sign up to this forum..Everybody on here is in the same boat right? Im doing Slimming world, Ive done it before lost 5 stone and piled it all back on and more.. so this is the 2nd time i will be doing it and the last. Hopefully i'll have you guys on here to help me through the rough patches because its nice to think that there are people out there that know exactly how i feel and have been through it themselves .. Anyway sorry to ramble on and bring on the new me .
