Attack NEWBIE, DAY 1 OF ATTACK

So far so good, don't feel hungry have had
Turkey rashers
Boiled eggs
Cottage cheese
Steak
Not had my oatbran yet, will probably mix it with cottage cheese (to go with my chicken dinner)cos i forgot to buy yogurts.
Have had a litre of water so far and will be going on the wii later :)

DAY 3 ON ATTACK

Hey guyz well im on day 3 and still going strong, been keeping to my diet well even done a 30min walk yesterday :D 3lb loss so far, oh forgot to add that its also day 3 of no fags and i feel bloody fab.
I do have a question, is it ok to use salt/pepper???

Salt, Pepper, garlic, ginger, herbs, fresh chilli peppers, dried chillis, lemongrass, curry powder, cinnamon, nutmeg - basically any spices.

You can also use any flavouring that doesn't contain fat, oil, added carbs, or alcohol.

Go for it.
 
DAY 3 ON ATTACK

Today I have had:
scrammbled eggs with low fat ham
chicken and cottage cheese
oatbran with yoghurt
turkey meatballs (used egg white to bind )
Done my 30min walk loadsa water, and still no smoking :p
oh and mackeral to snack on
