Newbie food diary

I've started slimming world today and I am doing it by myself at home, so would really appreciate some support. I thought I'd do a food diary and then hopefully someone will comment to say that I am doing ok.

Today is a red day

Breakfast- scrambled eggs and smoked salmon, with a cup of tea (the milk in tea and eggs was skimmed approx 50ml, Hex A)

Lunch-2 slices of whole meal from 400g loaf (hex B) 2 mini baby bel lights (Hex A as the milk from above was not enough) 2 slices of ham, quavers (5 syns)

Snack- banana

Dinner- gammon steak, egg, pineapple, carrots, muller light yoghurt

1.5 litres of water throughout the day

I always do green days, but your red day looks good anyway! I'll drop in and look at your diary! I'm sure you'll find lots if supportive people here x
