Hi all, new to slimming world & doing it at home alone (can't afford to pay right now). Thought I'd use this as my food diary as hopefully I'll stick to the plan if I know I have to write it up on here every day!
So far today...
Lunch:
(All in a stir fry)
125g rice (free)
2 x eggs (free)
1 x large courgette (free)
Lots of broccoli (free)
soy sauce (free)
Snack:
1 x red pepper
28g hummus (HEX B)
125ml semi-skimmed milk for tea throughout the day (1/4 HEX A)
