newbie - I dont know where to start!

Hello

Im new here and new to xenical, I started taking it on Monday, but when my doctor gave it to me on Monday he didnt tell me what to eat etc so Im just getting to grips with it!

Have been reading all your posts all day and they are so encouraging - its great to know youre not alone.

Im getting married in Feb and I really dont wanna be a fat bride!!!

Have you registered with www.mapassist.co.uk ? it's the xenical website and it's got a calorie and fat counter on it, plus a few ideas for examples of breakfast, lunch and dinner
