I live in Spain part of the year and the rest in the UK .. I have done all different weight loss plans in the past ... I have joined SW online and have lost 7lb and have a couple of stone to loose. whilst in Spain I struggle with SW .. Trying to find free yogurts quark and fat free from age frais and lean mince etc.... Are the any SW members living in Spain who could help with a list of free and low syn products .. Tia x
