Newbie needs help!!

Hiya guys
I started my weight loss journey ( again) in Dec. My weight as of Dec was 18.14, I am now 17.11. I have been going to the gym and watching what I eat. Now I think I'm ready to follow a weight loss plan. Have done WW in the past and have seen results but get very bored of it quickly. Was thinking of trying SW which I have never done before but a little confused. Some help and advise need ASAP.

Welcome and good luck with whatever diet you follow, you need one that you feel comfortable with and fits into your life. Good luck.
 
Hey! Congratulations. :)
I have been to slimming world a few times now (started back a few weeks ago) and I have lost weight every time. Lots of it. I only gave up because I couldn't see a difference in the mirror.
It is definitely worth a try! The amount of different food You can eat is unbelievable! It may not work for everyone but it works for me.
