Hi,
I have joined this site today as I am starting my diet and exercise programme,I plan on losing 2 stone and thought that talking to other lovely people who are working hard to lose weight would help motivate me, as well as inspire with successful weight loss stories!
I'm due to go on holiday in just less than 7 weeks and the thought of a bikini or even beachwear is freeking me out!! I lost 3 stone last
year by keeping to a strict diet, but as winter months have crept in I have put 2 stone back on, getting too comfortable and lazy.
I would like to use exercise this time round, hoping that it will help me lose weight and keep in shape when I get there! My biggest problem is me, I must have the most excuses for missing the gym and every month I pay a membership fee for my gym and never go, thinking the membership alone is enough.
So if there is anyone out there with motivational advice, it would be very much appreciated! Good luck everyone and hope to speak to you all soon!
