Thank you all x, I have lost 1 stone in 2 weeks, I did eat in the first week, once, but I'm back on track now, things are easier, I am not so hungry as I was and the weight lose is such an incentive that I don't want to eat any more and don't miss it, For me it's like giving up smoking, which I did 6 years ago and it's the same cravings for food as It is with cigarettes but the feeling soon passes as it only lasts a minute or two and I go and do something to keep my mind off of it, Now I believe it can only get easier and better for me and my health x x
