I'm new to slimming world joined 2 weeks ago but haven't actually started yet
. I know the plan I've joined many times before.
I really struggle with snack ideas other than fruit, what are good low syn options chocolate & cake is my trigger good & takeaways as I work evenings we eat pretty late so doesn't help.
Anyone with top tips?
