Attack Newbie Starting Attack Today!

Hello

I'm starting Attack today, I am a bit nervous but have some crab sticks to chomp on. Going to have a walk into town and pick up some extra bits to see me through.

I have really enjoyed reading your threads, it's been really helpful!

So, day one Attack, bring it on!
 
I will be joining you tomorrow. I too have bought crabsticks (and salmon, yum!). Good luck - Hope your first day goes well x
 
How did it go?

I started my attack yesterday and did not feel hungry at all!I had porridge in the morning with the allowed amount of Oat bran, then had half a roasted chicken for lunch, a diet seven up for mid afternoon and 260 gr of shrimp for dinner.
I drank about 3 litres of Water and exercised about 20 odd minutes.

I lost 200 gr of weight.

I know i have not much to lose here but i was expecting at least 500 gr... oh well, something is better than nothing.:)
( My weight in Kilos was 65.3 today is 65.1 )



How did yours go?
