Hi folks I signed up tonight and my class leader forgot to give me my pin to access online!!
Can anyone tell me how many syns the following are:
1 packet of snack a jacks sour cream and chive & dolmio ready to eat pasta with sauce micro pot (tomato & chilli)?

I think there is pasta in the dolmio dish. If you do a search you should find the answer though as I'm pretty sure there have been threads about these already.
