Just joined your site, had a look at some of the receipes, they look great and have given me some good ideas. Don't go to any classes as live on the Costa Blanca (dont think there are any here) but am following Slimming World as did it in the past.

Have now lost 40lbs since February with another 33lbs ish to go.

Aiming for 14Ibs by Christmas.

Sure you will be able to drop your last 14lb before Christmas

Good luck in loosing that 14lb before chrissy... ive never been to Costa Blanca. hope its nice over there...
there are lots of people on here from Slimming world, so you will be able to find plenty of support, help and recipies on here from everyone... its been very helpful for me!!!

Costa Blanca lovely, hot again today nearly 30dgs.

Slimcea - one bit of advice as you've just started, go gradually and even if you lose a 1lb a week, its still one pound less! Never give up!

I was 16st 10 when I started and am now 13st 12. You don't go hungry with SW food.

Hi Sue, welcome and good luck, yeah your right you never need go hungry on SW.. there are always freefoods you can pile up on if you ever feel a little peckish
