Started calorie counting yesterday i have 2 stone to lose my goal is sept 20th just before my birthday. Any tips to stay on track would be much appreciated.
I'm using that now too, as of a few days ago, but prior to that I did calorie-counting and kept a food diary on paper, which works for me too. If the first week seems a bit tough don't be disheartened, most people have a good loss in the first week and it's such a brilliant feeling when those lbs start to fall off so stick it out. Good luck
