NEWBIE :-)

hi everyone, i am new to this, i am going to be joining slimming world again on Wednesday with my mum.

i have been before and lost 1 stone after having my daughter, she is now 3 and i have put it all back on and more!

i am a student, and in college 4 days out of 5, does any one have any ideas for things i can take to college to eat so that i am not tempted to go to the local spar and buy crap!! :)

Make a salad and take it with you, cold pasta or rice, homemade SW quiche, sandwiches using HEb. Low fat jelly, yogurt, fruit.
