Hi all I'm new to the site, was recommended by a client of mine, and I can say now I love the site and I'm hoping that it will help me along with my weight loss, I did aw 4 yrs ago and lost 3 stone, but I stopped smoking 18months ago and put it all back on which I am totally gutted about! I have lost 6lb up to now but seem to be struggling, I am getting married in December so need to get cracking on my weight my weight loss.
I am hoping to find help and will power on this site so fingers crossed
