Hi

I have been doing WW and have lost about 10lbs (its taken forever as I keep falling off the wagon).

Mostly I am tired of weighing things and so I am going to join SW on Wednesday.

I have a friend who has been doing it a while though she does not have much to lose anyway. I have about 2 stone.

  • I am concerned that I will overeat on the free foods, in particular things like pasta, rice and potatoes as they all contain calories at the end of the day. Was anyone else concerned by this. Afterall most of us are overweight because we are greedy!
  • Also, can I limit daily syns to save for a weekend.
  • Are there any suggested portion sizes with the free foods.
Happy to receive any advice.

I'm a yoyo dieter have been since having children 19 years now done most diets but I prefer weight watchers as the points are there for you and if not you can use calculator with slimming world you have to look everything up before buying it,
I try to go to the gym and walk and run 5 km about an hour that's great to speed the loss!!!

When I did SW the leader said to use the syns over a week but would avoid using them all on a weekend if getting weighed on a Monday.

Worth giving SW a try.
