I have been doing WW and have lost about 10lbs (its taken forever as I keep falling off the wagon).
Mostly I am tired of weighing things and so I am going to join SW on Wednesday.
I have a friend who has been doing it a while though she does not have much to lose anyway. I have about 2 stone.

I have a friend who has been doing it a while though she does not have much to lose anyway. I have about 2 stone.
- I am concerned that I will overeat on the free foods, in particular things like pasta, rice and potatoes as they all contain calories at the end of the day. Was anyone else concerned by this. Afterall most of us are overweight because we are greedy!
- Also, can I limit daily syns to save for a weekend.
- Are there any suggested portion sizes with the free foods.
