Just wanted to say HI to all. Before i decided to start SW. I have been doing cambridge diet, but felt that as soon as i have come
Off the diet i start to put weight back on.

I decided to do SW as i have read excellent reviews about weight loss achievements and healthy eating.

So i look forward to tips and tricks on how to
Lose weight and keep it off:)

P.S tomorrow will be my first day so please wish me luck.
