hi my names donna,im from northern ireland,attending sw since feb,have lost a stone but put on 3lb las week as i couldnt get to class week before and used it as an excuse to go mad thinking i could pull it back for following week. It doesnt work,take it from me! lol. weighin tonight(tue) so hope ive lost it again. ive upped my exercise,walking about 2.5 miles every day,throwing in a few mins jogging as well. The reason i joined sw to begin with is because i was diagnosed with diabetes just before christmas and needed to do it for my health. Good news is my blood sugars have came down to nearly normal levels now and i can now come off medication,providing they stay the same at next diabetic clinic. Thankyou for adding me to site!xx
