Ave just started on lipotrim and as you can see from my goals have a lot of weight to lose, just wondering if anyone has any advice for how long the longest you could do this for as I atimated around six months but was unsure if that would be doable. Any advice would be greatly appreciated xx

Hi Frappy I did 5 months in 2010, and I know some people have done longer so you should be fine

My pharmacist said I could do it as long as I wanted, but it was a good idea to refeed every 3 months
