Hi all,

This is the first time i have tried this diet, im on day 2 , not sure if ive lost any weight yet though!
Can someone tell me if honey is allowed on attack phase please?

Welcome Dendri, honey is not allowed at any point in the diet. I think only in stabilisation can you eat honey. You can use sweeteners like splenda or canderel.

Yes you can have sugar free jelly on attack.
