Hi all im Marina,
I'm new to this site. i have had a look through and find it very helpful with some very inspiring information. I am starting to do a slimming world diet, but am not able to go to the classes due to work and children, so thought i could use this site for some support. I have done this Diet before and it seemed to work for me coz i managed to lose 3st, but then i had abit of a binge out over xmas, and then fell pregnant. After having the baby i managed to put this weight bk on and more!!. I think i am now at my biggest i have ever been and have around 5/6st to lose. So im hoping that i have the will power to do this diet again! I am also hoping that the girls at work will also inspire me as we are all trying to diet at the same time and have decided that we will get weighed weekly and if anyone puts on weight we have to put a pound for a pound in the pot each week, then the biggest loser at the end of every/ every other month will recieve any money in the pot.

Before i get goin with my diet could anyone help me? im unsure of the amount of syns i can allow per day/ each week.
 
Hi Marina. I'm not using Slimming World (never even heard of it until arriving here at minimins), but I'm sure you will find lots of supportive people to help you with your questions in the SW forum here. Good luck!

Not doing SW but when I did it was between 5 and 15 syns a day. Depending on how many you want/need x
 
thanks all :) since starting i have found out i can have up to 15 so ive decided to start at 15 and lower it as i loose weight but so far i have only used on average 7 - 10 each day x
