Newbie

Hi all, just wanted to introduce myself. I'm sue, 32 and an accountant. I am originally from midlands in UK and now live in Cyprus. I thought living here with a Mediterranean diet I would be slim and bikini ready all year round - how wrong I was!! I was at my heaviest in march 2011 and a photo at a BBQ made me do something about it. I joined slimming world and slowly lost some weight. I got down to 11st 10lbs (164lbs) but kept going up and down 2lbs so started to lose motivation, then the lady doing the weigh ins was really rude so I thought sod it i can do it myself....well that went out the window weight crept on and I'm back to 12st 6lb and feeling very demotivated. I've been keeping a food diary (paper) for 3 weeks and I've started to walk during my lunch break for between 10 to 45 mins but I've lost nothing at all :-( so I've now decided to sign up here and hopefully get motivated. I hope to lose at least something in the next 5 weeks for when I return to the UK for Xmas.
