I'm on Cambridge diet. Its a meal replacement diet. I like it but its maybe not for everyone. I think it helps if you can get one where the drinks taste ok. If it tastes really horrid ( I dislike the taste of slim fast) I would never be able to stick to it.
With this one I have the choice of shakes, porridge soup and bars. Makes it easier as well to be on it for weeks and be able to have different things. Some warm some cold.
I would be careful with any diet. Make sure you are getting your vitamins and all the things you need. There is a big differences between being thin and being healthy. They are not actually synonymous.
