Hi
I'm new to this site, I found it whilst looking for some recipes and decided to join up. Anyway, I started Slimming World (I haven't joined a group, I'm doing it myself) almost 2 weeks ago. My first week I lost 6lbs which I was absolutely thrilled about. This week I don't think I have done as good.
My aim is to loose about 3 stone and I hope to do it by my birthday in October.
I tend not to stick to things, but I'm Hoping when I see a difference it will motivate me.
