Hi everyone. My name is Kim, I am a mum of 4 and I am overweight.

I started my weight loss journey on June 1st this year. My start weight was 89.5kg (197lb) and I am currently at 79.6kg (175lb). I have lost 9.9kg (21lb) so far. I still have a long way to go.

I am doing the WW at home program, joined the gym, started running and quitting smoking.

Looking forward to sharing journeys together.

Hi Kim, your stats are similar too mine :) You're doing so well too. What goal are you aiming for? (Can't see I'm on my phone).

I'm also running (c25k) and doing ww but the old style one.

Hi Hules,

I still need to loose another 16 kg. so not too far off the halfway mark now. Really starting to notice in my clothes that they are getting too big.

Oh and I am also on the old points system. I tried the new one with virtually no results so I am going to stick with what I know.

Even more similar then! You should pop on to the Discover boards on the ww section :) I'm aiming for about 11st in the first instance then see how I feel. I got down to about 10st before I got married and felt skinny, but it was hard to maintain and I looked a bit odd I think. I'd ideally like to get to and stay at between 10 1/2 and 11.

Yes I think that our ideal weight has to be something we can maintain. I have a lot of friends who have tried, and been successful at achieving their highschool weight but have found out very quickly they can not maintain it. I guess for me I just want to be fit and healthy not only for myself but for my 4 kids. I want to set the right example. I have a weight in mind that I would like to be but I guess I shall see if it is "ideal" when I get there.

Yeah, everyone's different :) the first time I properly did ww they wanted me to get into the healthy bmi for my height which was 10.2 minimum, I think that's too low for me now.

I also want to be fitter as an example to my kids. I definitely feel better already!
