Just joined, have quite a lot to lose, need motivation. Ive decided to calorie count as a first step to a healthier lifestyle. Thanks!
 
HI Xtracute! Im new here too. Im also doing a kind of do it yourself low calorie low carb low fat thing diet that I made up myself. Its going good except I eat the same thing every day haha. Ah well, it means I get to cook once and just reheat every day. At least its quick, cos when I get hungry I want to eat now! So whats your plan?

Ha ha! So far I seem to be doing the same thing especially as its easier to repeat the same food everyday. I want to keep this up for the first week as they say that's the hardest, then I might try varying the diet. I feel it's safer to keep the calories in check that way.
