Hi all
I have started today and am hoping to finally get my weight under control once and for all. I did this a few years ago but have managed to put all the weight plus some back on ...

Any advice will be greatly received this forum is a great help and inspiration..

My weigh day will be a Sunday so will keep posting

Hello there!

I'm in week 3 and loving it so far - these forums are a great help and a great distraction too.

The only tips I can offer are to space your packs out. Experiment with them and if you're having a low carb meal every so often check out the recipes on these forums. But mainly distraction distraction distraction!!

Maybe start up a diary too on the diaries thread to keep motivated!

I'm in day 2, so in the same boat as you.

I agree with Sammy - distraction is the key.

Once we get to day 4 itl get easier as ketosis should be here.

It's gone ok today have felt a little bit hungry but have not given in looking forward to day four onwards when it starts to get easier.
