My friends rejoined slimming world last Monday so we had a cooking night last night (whilst having a few drinks lol) We made breaded mushrooms using smash with added chilli powder to give them a little kick, we also made pizzas using a whole meal pitta as a HE B and some mozzarella cheese (HE A). We also made cheesy garlic pizza bread using smash as the base, topped with the remaining mozzarella with fresh chillies. I stick to the green plan as I'm a veggie but my friends made salted chilli chicken bites using the same smash coating with salt and chilli, sliced peppers and onion
Snap, it reminds me of baby food lol! I use sainsburys basics version of smash and season it with salt, pepper with chilli powder or garlic etc, the flakes are bigger so I think it gives a better breadcrumb effect and it's also syn free
