Saw this site on You Tube and thought joining might help me kick start my weight loss again. I have done really well since last 7.14 and I did get down to 13 st 13 lbs and although I am not gaining weight I have got a bit stuck at 14 st! I am my own worst enemy and I know that I am the only one who can make this happen again but I also get inspiration from other people doing the same diet who are doing well. Next weigh in tomorrow night but in spite of going back to week 1 and completing a food diary I have 2 really bad days!!
