Hi all! Ok so here's my story. I am a 21 year old student and three years ago when I was 18 I lost over 3 and a half stone and reached my half way goal. However then in 2006 I hit a bit of a wall, and due to a bad dose of glandular fever, I have spent the past two years year fluctuating with seven pounds, especially with yo yo dieting. I currently weigh 14 stone and have gone from a size 20 to a size 14 in most clothes (size 16 in some jeans), however now I want to reach my ultimate target of 10 stone 2 lbs and get down to a size 10-12. So yeah, I've decided to keep a track of my weightloss on this to gain moral support! So please- any advice or tips! Bring them on! Please!
