Hi All, Wow its late & I cant stop thinking about SW!
I am planning on starting this week on Thursday! I'm really excited & a little nervous.
I'm 5'5 and have around 2 & a 1/2 stone to lose Anyone in a similar boat?
I know I need to also get my butt back to the gym after 3 months of not going once but food planning is definately what I really need!
I have one daughter at Primary School so am planning on her eating all the same things as me, as well as her school dinners and snacks of course (oh to be young again! Lol)
Just after any advice really & to get to chat to people in the same situation x
