Hello!

I started Lipotrim last week and i'm on day 5. I turned 30 a few weeks ago and felt it was time to loose my weight! If there is anyone out there in the same boat as me (just starting LT) or anyone whose starting weight was around 16st7lbs i would love to here from you :)

i'm finding that 5 days in i'm still rather hungry, if anyone has any tips on how to feel less hungry their advice would be greatly appreciated xx
 
P.S. - i noticed that some of you have your goals and weight trackers at the bottom of your posts - how do i do this? xx
 
Hi and good luck to you, the first week is hard, drink loads of water and that should stop tue hunger, I've been on it 17 weeks now I don't really have tips as I have been very boring and just stuck to 3 shakes a day but I know u can make some other things out of them. I slept a lot in the beginning to keep mind off it or had baths when my husband and son were having dinner, it does become second nature and soon good won't even bother u.

If you have a look at your posts it should prompt you with a link to change your signature, that's where people put their weight loss trackers etc. If you click on mine, it will take you to a page to make your own :) (tracker that is!)

The first week is hard, but it does get easier after the first few days! If you're ever feeling low come on here and you'll find tonnes of inspiration and support! xx
 
Water is the only thing i can recommend to keep the hunger at bay, also DISTRACTIONS like books, walking, movies, sleeping...best of luck

Try drinking coffee and tea, i find coffee fills me up. Im on day 22, my start weight was 12st 3lbs and i only get hungry every four hours as i hve trained my body to do so. Also trink water esp ice cold water, its refreshing n i find it fills me up as well. All the best hun you can do it.
